What is Driftwise?

Driftwise is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed specifically for vehicle owners in the Middle East. Our mobile application and web dashboard provide a centralized system for managing all aspects of vehicle ownership.

The platform enables users to track multiple vehicles, receive automated reminders for important deadlines (such as vehicle inspections and insurance renewals), log and categorize expenses, store digital copies of important documents, and generate comprehensive reports.

Driftwise is developed and operated by Pairwise for Consultancy and Solutions, a technology company registered in Egypt with a focus on building digital solutions for the automotive sector.

Services We Provide

Driftwise offers a comprehensive suite of vehicle management tools through our mobile application (iOS and Android) and web dashboard:

1. Vehicle Tracking & Dashboard

Users can register multiple vehicles and view their status, upcoming deadlines, and maintenance history in a unified dashboard. Each vehicle profile includes details such as make, model, year, plate number, and registration information.

2. Smart Reminder System

Automated notifications alert users before important deadlines including: Fahs (vehicle technical inspection), insurance policy renewals, driver license expiration, scheduled maintenance based on mileage or time intervals, and custom reminders set by the user.

3. Expense Management

Users can log all vehicle-related expenses including fuel purchases, maintenance costs, repairs, fines, and insurance payments. The system categorizes expenses and provides visual reports showing spending patterns over time.

4. Document Storage

Secure cloud storage for digital copies of vehicle documents including registration certificates, insurance policies, purchase receipts, and service records. Documents are encrypted and accessible from any device.

5. Driver Management

For users with multiple drivers (such as families or small businesses), Driftwise allows tracking of driver assignments, license validity, and driving history for each vehicle.

6. Reports & Analytics

Comprehensive reporting features include expense summaries, maintenance history, compliance status, and cost-per-vehicle analysis. Reports can be exported as PDF documents for record-keeping.

Subscription Plans & Pricing

Driftwise operates on a subscription-based model. Users can access the platform through various subscription tiers designed to meet different needs:

Free Trial:All new users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to premium features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Individual Plan:Designed for personal use with up to 5 vehicles. Annual subscription at EGP 15 per year.

Starter Plan:For small families or individuals with more vehicles. Supports up to 10 vehicles. Annual subscription at EGP 100 per year.

Business Plan:For small businesses and fleet operators. Supports up to 30 vehicles with additional reporting features. Annual subscription at EGP 250 per year.

Fleet Plan:For larger fleet operations. Supports up to 100 vehicles with priority support. Annual subscription at EGP 750 per year.

Enterprise Plan:Custom solutions for large organizations with unlimited vehicles and dedicated support. Pricing available upon request.

Payment Note: All subscription payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store and Google Play In-App Purchase systems. Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled by the user.

How Driftwise Works

Create an Account

Users download the Driftwise app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit our website. Account creation requires a valid email address and phone number for verification.

Add Your Vehicles

Users register their vehicles by entering basic information such as plate number, make, model, and year. They can also upload photos and documents for each vehicle.

Set Up Reminders

The system automatically suggests reminders based on typical maintenance schedules. Users can customize reminder dates and notification preferences.

Track & Manage

Users log expenses, upload documents, and monitor their vehicles' status. The dashboard provides real-time visibility into all vehicle-related activities.

Upgrade for More Features

Free trial users can subscribe to a paid plan to continue accessing premium features and manage more vehicles.

Driftwise is a product of Pairwise for Consultancy and Solutions, a technology company headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. Our team consists of experienced software engineers, designers, and automotive industry professionals dedicated to simplifying vehicle ownership.

We are committed to providing a secure, reliable, and user-friendly platform. Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform with enterprise-grade security measures including 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.

Security & Privacy

We take the security and privacy of our users' data seriously. All personal and vehicle information is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We never sell or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment processing is handled through Apple’s App Store and Google Play In-App Purchase systems. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections.

Users have full control over their data and can request data export or deletion at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
