Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any Driftwise services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the platform interface. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your consent.

Driftwise is a vehicle management platform providing tracking, maintenance reminders, document management, expense tracking, and driver management features for vehicle owners.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Account sharing between multiple individuals is strictly prohibited.
• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Premium features are available via yearly paid subscriptions. All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and Google Play In-App Purchase systems. Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and may vary by region according to store pricing.

All plans include a 2-month free trial period. After the trial ends, the subscription fee will be charged automatically. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

To cancel your subscription, go to your device’s subscription settings (App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android). Refunds are handled according to the respective store’s refund policy.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any activity that would violate the rights of others. Prohibited activities include:

All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in Driftwise are the property of Pairwise for Consultancy and Solutions or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or business vehicle management operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription settings on your device (App Store or Google Play).

These terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the services shall be instituted in the competent courts located in Cairo, Egypt.
